Enoch Kaz
Infinity Opportunities is led by Enoch Kaz, a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adult and the creator of the AIR Method (Authentic Identity Reintegration).
Enoch brings more than two decades of eclectic professional experience across education, event coordination, hospitality, organic urban farming, and skilled trades. That range is not a fun fact. It is part of how he sees systems, reads environments, and builds practical solutions that work in real life.
His work is rooted in lived experience, deep empathy, and a commitment to neuroinclusive practice. He supports neurodivergent adults through structured coaching and helps organizations and community initiatives build capacity-protecting structures that make inclusion sustainable.
Guided by authenticity, compassion, and dedication, Infinity Opportunities exists to unlock the full potential of neurodiversity and build a more inclusive future for all.
